Complaints

We, at finexis, take feedback seriously. If at any point you feel that we have fallen short of your expectations, we will greatly appreciate if you take the time to let us know your concerns. We will endeavour to respond to the feedback or complaints raised by you in a timely, professional and confidential manner.

To assist us in handling your feedback/complaint in a timely manner, please provide full details including:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • A brief of the background and the nature of the feedback or complaint;
and if applicable:
  • The Financial Consultant's name
  • Supporting documentation (if any)
  • Clearly share with us the resolution you are seeking

Once a complaint is received, we will provide an acknowledgement within 3 working days. An initial response will be provided within 15 working days to update you on the status of the investigation. Depending on the complexity of the complaint, we will endeavour to provide a full response within 30 working days. Should we require an extension of time to conclude the investigation, we will inform you via a written response.

In the event that you are unsatisfied with the final response, you may approach the Financial Industry Dispute Resolution Centre (FIDReC) for advice.
